Mrs Effie Katerinaki, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, and Fiona Shalts, Cosmetic nurse, have been angels. They saw me through a very hard time emotionally and made me confident again. The service was first class, such personal friendly individuals, they made me feel like family. But most importantly, Effie put my health, mental state and happiness first than promoting the additional surgery I originally wanted.
